The Aquatics Manager will be responsible for the operations of pool facilities for the swim season, reporting to the Regional Aquatics Director. Will work with the Regional Aquatics Director in recruiting and hiring to staff the aquatics team for the season. Will facilitate customer service training with the aquatics staff and ensure that all lifeguard and CPR/First Aid certifications are up-to-date. Is responsible for handling the day-to-day management tasks associated with the pool to include maintenance, staff scheduling and rotations and direct customer relations. Will ensure that specific criteria are met for proper and safe operation of the facility.
